MmrpEnvelopeFlag

MmrpEnvelopeFlag: "NONE" | "TRACK_ROUTE" | number

There is currently only 1 flag, namely ‘TRACK_ROUTE’.

When this flag is active, the returnRoute must be kept around in the envelope as it travels across the network.
